I remember.. it was in December 2003 when i first get to know of her existence. I've been working for Chikuyotei for about 4 months before an ex-staff, GuanMin (affectionately known as min or min min) joined me as a part-timer. And along came Adeline... She was min's classmate then. To my surprise, i discovered that they are from SP, and from the same course too! I was on better terms with min initially, as the frequency of the both of us working together is relatively high as compared to adeline. Adeline once told me, she was kinda wary of me in the beginning, as our workplace has plenty of politics. She feared that i may be on the "bad" side and harbour some ill intentions. haha but as time goes by, such misunderstandings cleared and things were going pretty ok until min decided to leave for aussie to further her studies. WAH. it was terrible, we cried at the airport like nobody's biz after sending min off, even after boarding the train. so paiseh. haha..
It was much harder for adeline, as the both of them were closer after being in the same class for 1+yrs. As min was a support in ade's life mentally and probably physically.. min was rather worried for ade as she has no company in the class since the 2 of them were always together. i tried my best to be with her whenever possible, especially during lectures and breaks. Luckily, our clsmates can click quite well.. thus our relationship blossomed from frenz to lovers. and now, we're even in the same BD group and yoga class. Seems like she'll be bonded to me till god knows when.. hahaa
Our favourite pastimes are shopping.. slacking.. ktv-ing and most imptly, eating. I reli wonder when can we ever jian fei. As what ade always says.. whenever she sees me.. she just feels like eating. ahahaa yea yea.. our all-time favourites: sticky chewy chocolate, fei cui, fishNco, ken's ramen, lucky plaza's "zhen dan" n bravissimo i/c!!! We are slaves to food.. so u can forget about dieting whenever you're with us!! And ever since ai ai got together with me.. she missed out all the gd pastas and pizzas and even delifrance.. since cheese and creamy/milky stuff are a big No-No for me.. hahaa but she can shun bian jian fei.. so it's a win-win situation. haha. Yeah.. and we can reli spend.. Our expenses often result in deficits in our monthly allowances.. and we even resorted to skipping shopping sessions juz to save money!! i can't even be bothered to update my bankbook.. see no evil.. The 2 of us often go for ktv sessions whenever we feel like it, be it to vent our frustrations or to destress. This is the only time adeline shows how bad is her coordination of her sight and vocals.. hahahaa.. the processing of what she sees to what she sings often fails.. hahaa.. and i'm the only one whom she sings "Wo Ai Xi Zao" (by Mavis Fan) to. How honoured. ahahhaa~
People often wonder why adeline and i are so close.. actually i find our characters to be very similar. One impt point: we reli can gossip. Yea.. i can complain to her like nobody's biz and she will juz listen and huo shang jia you abit.. and vice versa. hahaa tt's US! The both of us reli can slack and nua and often get moodswings. When the both of us get sad coincidently during the same period, we will "ARGHH" n "*@!&@*%!^#$!" to one another.. making ourselves sadder n sadder. But she'll always be there to support me whenever i'm super down.. so far.. line is the one who understands, and maybe even feels the way i do whenever we have our small little chats. haha.. When we're damn sian, we will surely give the stupid look on our faces.. and we'll psycho ourselves to become sian-er.. sadistic!
